So i got a new motherboard and i went to plug everything in and my radiator fans started up, but no LED. So i thought to go to the Program and turn on the controller as back to normal *they were working a day before. I open up TT RBG Plus and i get a controller error saying it's not connected and my error code was error Code: H_0x0001. So I'm wondering is this a controller issue or Wiring? or maybe something else?
Hello everyone, I have just made an account to discuss my issue. I turned on my computer, admiring the way the lights looked until I realized that the bottom fan in the front of my case had an LED that was a different color than the rest. I tried looking around to see if anything was unplugged or not connected all the way. That wasn't the case (pun intended), so I decided to reinstall the software to see if that was an issue. No luck. I just bought these fans a couple weeks ago and they have been great so far. I'm hoping that somebody knows what I can do to fix the problem. Thanks a

I'd like to add another 120mm fan to the case and add it to the Riing Plus RGB software to control it as with the other 3... but I can't seem to confidently identify which 120mm fan would match the existing Riing Plus RGB 14 setup. I did buy a single Riing 12, but it seems to be a different beast altogether... only 256 colors (as opposed to 16.8m) and can't be directly connected to the alre
Ok... found the Riing fans yesterday and man really like the concept and from the videos and pictures, the smooth equal glow over the whole LED "channel" looks really impressive. Well I've been on a hunt for the 120mm Orange LED varient of the Riing and it's been elusive so far. Is this version available for puchase at this time? Also any other colors on the horizon? Purple by chance Well another question down the tube... thanks for the time! Cheers -Jason
