Hey Everyone, I purchased this case a few months ago for my new PC build and it has been nothing less than amazing so far! Everything about it is awesome. One day i stupidly tripped over my headphone cord connected to the front panel of the case where the power button is and it completely broke the 3.5 mm audio jack. i really don't want to have to purchase an entire new case when i can just replace that little panel at the front of the case. It is easily removeable and all i need is that part and i would be good to go. Does anybody on the forum know where i would be able to find a part like this? I've been searching online to no success. I've also tried emailing thermaltake support but I haven't gotten any responses. The front audio jack is something i use often and at this rate this is my last try until i just bite the bullet and buy a new case. thanks for any help guys i appreciate it

I have an Antminer S9 ASIC miner. It's so loud, I'd like to replace its fans with 2 new silent 12cm TT fans. As you can see at the kernel boot log, fan speed must be able to reach at least 4500rpm. So can you please name a TT fan for this (if there is any)?

Hello everyone. I would like to know if anyone has a replacement window panel that they are willing to either sell or trade for the other panel on a v21 chassis. I have been searching for one but can't seem to find one. I want to have both sides with a window panel but when I go to the thermaltake website to buy one, it just takes me to some whacky page that leads to things other than the panel I am looking for. If there is anyone here willing to part with one, I would be eternally grateful. Thanks

Hello Thermaltake Community! I've recently lost my key to my Thermaltake Level 10 GT chassi that i need to get into since i've gotten a couple of new hard-drives. SSD etc.. I have the side panel unlocked since you can't reach the drives from there and only have the drivecages locked. I thought that i was being smart ofc. I've looked around on many forums and even on online 3rd party stores if i could find a key that works with the lock. I've even tried lockpicking it... Good job there Thermaltake for making the case almost impossible to lockpick, atleast from my experience. If you could link me to a page or something where i could buy a key or even send me a key would be very much appreciated. I live in Sweden, for your information. Thanks!
