Hey guys, i just got my new challenger ultimate keyboard. i disabled the the keyboards audio jack so the volume keys will work and so they do. my problem is that when i try to use the multimedia keys (backward, play, stop, foreword) they do not do anything. i know they are active because whenever i try to press them, the green function icon appears. the last version of the driver is installed. i tried replacing the usb port. when i enable the onboard audio jack, the multimedia keys still dont work. i use windows 7. thanks

Tt Challenger Ultimate - Multimedia not working!

Hello. I bought a Tt Challenger Ultimate Keyboard 3 years ago and I love it, it's everything I need...but, recently I formatted my pc and started using Windows 7 (I had win10 before) and the multimedia keys simply stoped working, I don't know why. When I press PLAY, for an exemplo, doens't do anything, nothing... And, when I open the Tt Challenger Ultmate app a message appears: I'm using currently a Windows 7 Professional 64-bit and updated the keyboards drivers using the CD that came whitin the box, BUT i noticed that in the control painel shows a Microsoft driver installed (last update 21/06/2006). I tried to uninstall it and then install the Tt driver, but it didn't work... Well, thanks anyway! -
I have been trying to get any of the multimedia keys on the Tt Challenger Prime to work but so far they don't seem to work on my new Windows 7 computer. I've tried changing usb slots, restarting the computer, and reinstaling the drivers for it with no results. It does however work on a laptop with Win XP I tested it on. How do I get it to work with my new computer?
