  1. Today, I bought a Brand new Poseidon Z RBG with blue switch, I connected it to my computer and it was working fine, So I downloaded the software required, this is were the problems started. After opening the desktop icon It told me I had an older version of the firmware Version (22) and that it required an update to version 36, so i updated it, as soon as it finished it closed and my keyboard went dark and stoped working. I re-opened the desktop icon and same message came up but this time It said my version was 0 and it required an update so i updated it but it didn't work the same message came up, so i tried once more, but with no luck so i thought maybe if i restarted my computer, Now the computer cant even detect the keyboard and isn't being detected on my other computers either. How do i fix this?
  2. Hello, I bought Thermaltake Urban T81 PC Full Tower Case. After 2 months the fans stopped to work. I was so afraid that they are died. But when I disconnected them from the fan hub that included on the case and just connect them directly on motherboard they worked fine. I would like to ask you kindly, could you please send me a new fan hub and thank you. If you accept and it will be appreciated I will give you my address.
  3. So, i have had this thermaltake 1200 watt toughpower PSU since late 2014, but something funky seems to be happening with it. What I need help with is determining if my problem is the PSU's fault, so thats why Im writing here. There are two problems: first, sometimes and randomly, my computer will fail to boot up. I press the power button, the system powers up for approximately a second, and then immediately shuts down without even opening the BIOS screen. It then stays off for around 5 seconds then turns on again for another single second, and the cycle continues ad infinitum. There is no anticipating this problem, and the only way to stop the power cycling is to unplug the computer. The second, and perhaps related (or maybe not) problem is found in my video card, and it is my suspicion that it is caused by the PSU. I have two XFX Double Dissipation Radeon R9 290X vid cards in a crossfire configuration. When I built this rig, I made sure to properly power the vid cards, having asked XFX what the minimum requirements and their suggestion for power was ( 1000w PSU minimum, 1200w recommended). So, the cards should have enough power, but I only ever see one, either in device manager or in the BIOS. Both cards have their lights and fans functioning, I have triple checked all wiring, and have checked the cards themselves by testing their functionality separately and independently. So, what do you guys think? Is it the PSU that might be causing these problems? Could the PSU be malfunctioning? How do I test the PSU for its functionality? Thanks for any CONSTRUCTIVE input. -LD
  4. Hi guys, Just bought a Water 3.0 Extreme for my new build. And I just found out that one of my Y cable only have 3 pins not 4 pins. So 1 of pin is missing. Just wondering does that matter ? or I need to concact Thermaltake to get a new one?
  5. I know this is a long shot, but I'm having a problem with a build using a Toughpower PSU, and I'd like a quick confirmation before I start tearing down a complicated system for tedious troubleshooting. If you watch the first 5 seconds of the video below, my Toughpower 1375 starts up, all 3 indicator LEDs go to green, then it shuts down, sits idle for ~3 seconds, then starts up and immediately shuts down again, etc etc. Can you confirm that that generally looks like a component problem (aka is that normal Thermaltake PSU behavior if the motherboard is DOA)? Thanks... Video of system: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4mSGcYNpXTc (the pumps are running on a second PSU (not shown) during the video)
