Kiezer Posted January 15, 2015 Report Share Posted January 15, 2015 Happened about a week ago, I've tried to restart/reinstall the configure app for the mouse but to no avail. Moving the mouse up and down seems to be fine but it won't move horizontally at all, it stutters and lags constantly. Any known issue with this? Alternatively, you can return the mouse through one of our branch offices. In which country do you live so we can provide you with the correct shipping details?
