Shift+Ctrl+Down doesn't work for me

When I press Shift+Ctrl+Down under the Caps Lock key it won't highlight selected cells in spreadsheet applications like Excel and Google Sheets.

Does anybody else have this issue or is my keyboard defective?

I own the Challenger Prime KB-CHM.
