I just bought the Tt eSports Cronos Gaming Headset.

I managed to figure how this headset work (I thought I need only the USB).

but I got 2 problems:

 

1. When I plug in the USB there's a really annoying static noise (like 'bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz')

2. My microphone quality is ####! I watch some reviews on this headset before I bought them and in all of them the quality was very good! but mine is just ####! why is my microphone quality isn't good as the quality in those reviewers videos? how can I fix it? is someone else got this problem?

Good read there Seems more of a Headset for gaming with, rather than using it to listen to music.

Sorry for bumping, but I have the same problem as the original poster. Did you ever reach a solution?

did you try with another USB ports? and which country are you from? we can have the local to assist you.

I was wondering if you guys solved the problem because I just got my Cronos today. When I connect the usb to my pc it doesnt pop up in the Playback devices or Recording devices but the headset does light up. My earphone and mic jacks are shot so they dont work.

The headphone and microphone levels are very low. I can barely hear anything through them.

I have all sliders set to 100% and the Microphone and Speaker sound devices are enabled. All other audio devices are disabled.
