HammerU89
Just popped this out fresh from the box today and I'm not impressed. Hooked up and nothing. Checked the device manager and nothing was showing up. Come to find out after wracking my brain the cord end that connects to the keyboard is bad. You have to press and hold it in a certain way in order for it to work. If you move it too much it will shut off again. Unacceptable since I can get a bit eager when gaming. The second problem when I was finally able to get it to run was some keys didn't work or not work properly I had to plug in my old one just to be able to type this. The backspace and space bar does not work at all. Another weird thing is I have a password to log in to Windows but even after typing it in it says it's wrong. I have to use the onboard keyboard to type it in. I like the look and feel, but all that's pointless if it doesn't work. If there's something I'm doing wrong please point it out because I do like it and want to keep it and not have to return it.
ThermalMike
HammerU89, Looks like there is an issue with the cord based on what you say. If it is having a loose connection like that I could see it also effecting the commands on the keyboard at the same time. Please give our support a call today and we can setup an RMA for you to replace it. We are open here in the USA for another 3.5 hrs. HammerU89
Thanks for the reponse. Cord is about to be sent back and let's hope that's it and not the part on the keyboard.

ThermalMike
HammerU89, I would send back the entire thing to replace, no idea what is effected Cord > Connection. Don't guess on the issue and make sure you are safe always when something happens. Up to you of course, our support is available if you need us. HammerU89
Will the shipping label I printed off cover the whole keyboard and not just the cord? Update. Ok, sent both off and I'll report when everything is done in case someone else might experience something similar in the future.
