the R key on the keyboard has not always worked properly since the day I got the keyboard. I always just assumed it was me learning the keyboard, but after well over 5? months with the keyboard I am positive that the switch may be broken. I have tried removing the key cap and putting it on as well as using compressed air.

Unfortunately it seems that my Poseidon Z illuminated is also affected with this double-stroke issue. As far as I can see at least four keys do not work correctly. How can this be solved? I am from Poland.
