T.O.W.R Posted April 21, 2020 Report Share Posted April 21, 2020 Hi Everyone! so ive just recently just purchased the View 71 RGB plus case, and i love it. however the fans appear to not work with the RGB plus software it gives me the error code h_0x0001. i definetly have the plus version and the controller is plugged into everything correctly. ive read something about it being this way because i have a Ryzen CPU but i really dont want that to be the problem as i really love the case and dont want it to be held back becasue of something like that. ive checked over the cables time and time again but still get the same error code, can anyone provide any help?
