giovanni1992 Posted May 13, 2020 Report Share Posted May 13, 2020 I have a x3 tt rgb riing trio fans connected with a tt sync controller and I cant find anyway of using the software provided it wont with the app also it recognises the fan on the app but I click on the fan and it takes me to a blank page and I've tried matching the ip addresses on the app to the pc still nothing I'm getting really fed of these fans Thermaltake uk wont reply on Facebook to me every other product I have rgb is so easy to use but these are a real pain just want what I paid for to actually work I have power to the fans and rgbs working but the controlling software is not all I can use is the rgb settings from my msi board which are so boring ryzen 5 3600 msi b450 pro carbon mobo rtx2060 super Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
