Ant695 Posted August 19, 2015 Report Share Posted August 19, 2015 Just set up my new challenger prime today but some of the keys aren't working properly. If I press e I get eq on screen same if I just press q. If I press l I get lj on screen and same if I press j. If I press = I get =+ if I press shift + then I get ++ or it does + non stop. Is there something I can do to fix this or is it just a bad unit. Otherwise I really like this keyboard but obviously cant use it as is. As they are currently busy for the INSOMNIA event, therefore they might need time for that.
