9 Riing Trio 12, how to connect and sync them?

So I have 3 packs of 3 fans, I have put 3 at the bottom of the case, 3 at the side and 3 on the NZXT Kraken x73, how do I connect them so they can sync? 3 on each controller? then what?

I want the ones on the radiator to be cotrolled by the cpu temp, and the others by the case temp.

Would appreciate any directions.
