I'm currently using a Thermaltake Versa J24 RGB Tempered Glass Mid-Tower ATX Case with three case fans at the front and one at the back.  My CPU cooler and GPU fans are running fine but for some reason none of the case fans seem to work. I believe I've plugged my SATA cable into the PSU and all the pins on the control panel have been plugged into RGB headers etc.
