Fan controller / molex usb not working

Hello, I recently bought TT View 71 RGB Plus full tower case, just for 1 reason alone and that's because I would be able to control my RGB via Razer Chroma. There's just 1 MASSIVE problem and that's the fact the controller both work and doesn't work, everything is connected as it should be but I get the H_0x0001 error code, with the controller can't be found. fans are running fine in my chassis, RGB works, I just can't controll fan speeds nor can I control the lighting. and As far as I can see through windows and such the usb isn't recognized by windows, so I honestly have no clue whether it's a faulty usb I've gotten or faulty controller or whatever it is. All I know is that it's bugging the heck out of me that I can't control any of the RGB except for my motherboard and AIO.. the chassis fans are just doing it's own thing
