Riing Plus Fans RGB Color Stuck

After a restart today, the LEDs on all 4 of my Riing Plus fans (3 of the 12 and 1 of the 14) are stuck with these weird colors.  They can't be changed in the software.  Thought it may be a controller issue, so I swapped that out with a new one that came with the Riing 14 but still have the same problem.

All cables are seated properly and power is as it should be.  Nothing at all has changed on the hardware or software end.

Any thoughts?
