Latest iTake version keeps on crashing

Hello community,

This is my first post here. So please bear with me :)

I bought the entire Argent series products and it seems to me that all the RGBs were running fine until I installed the latest version 1.5.1.

I believe the latest version of the application has updated several firmware on several devices and after some time the application keeps on crashing intermittently. When that happen, some (and sometimes all) disconnect and reconnect again while the RGB are reset.  TT Sync are also turned off for devices while previously it was set to "On". The application also crashes when I try to launch it the first time but often opens fine on the second time.

Please advice.

Thanks,

fkhoda

One thing I've also noticed is the resets or light blips on some of the updated devices seems to be happening occasionally (and at the same time) even after un-installing iTake probably due to the firmware updates done by the latest version of the application. This was not the case with previous versions, even after un-installation.
