x18 Riing Quad Fans in the Thermaltake P8

Hi all. I have just ordered the Thermaltake P8 case and also 18 Ring Quad Fans.

What is the best / most simple way to get these all connected up as im pretty sure my motherboard wont support 18 fan connections.

The motherboard I am using is the ASUS STRIX x570E

Do the Ring Quads have 1 cable which integrates both power and rgb?

Or does it have 2 separate cables, 1 for power and 1 for rgb?

Im new to rgb fans and any help would be much appreciated.
