New fan showing only a couple LEDs

Hi Folks,

 

Just installed a new set of Quad 120's with new controller (2 controller system). First time I turned them on, everything worked, now after a restart, one fan is blowing fine but only 3 LEDs are working where the other 2 are fine.

I have plugged faulty one into a different port, then onto the 1st controller that is operating my AIO Quads, the fault stays with the same fan. 

Any suggestions?

After a restart my controller No.2 has disappeared, checked device manager, found error on USB port, disabled-enabled, error gone.  Went back to TT plus software, Controller still wont show up....please Thermaltake, you are charging a premium for beautiful looking fans that basically don't #### work and your customer feedback on emails is sorely lacking, no wonder Gamers Nexus has you in their crosshairs.  We want to like your kit but you need to communicate with your customer base instead of being awol.
