Can I run the Riing hubs without the horrid software?

I have a Thermaltake View 51 case so options for 200mm fans are slim I went with Riing because I wanted everything Thermaltake, HUGE MISTAKE my son has the ICUE software for his fans and it runs flawless, my wife has UNI fans and again flawless but me with 500$ worth of fans has to restart sometimes 6-7 times to get them to all show up and the default settings are so bad I cant even run just rainbow puke. I don't know what to do I cant get thru to customer service and I cant return them because its been too long because I wouldn't give up and I've tried everything to get them to work but I'm fed up so unless I can get it solved soon everything Thermaltake will be chucked and replaced with stuff that works.  Any help is appreciated I'd rather get this sorted.
