Problems with driver ( HID) after reboot

error message (yellow triangle) with HID every time after restarting PC .

After un installing  HID and starting up the PC, the controller sees the fans again, but after every start I have an error message in the HID list.

The tt rgb plus software then gives the message not to see fans every time after starting (he does this with every verse of the software

Who can help?.....

It happened with my built earlier as well. For some reason it resolved on its own. https://treestandranger.com community helped me in getting my built ready.
