i have meka g unit but it do not work!!!

i bought meka g unit 20 nov 2015.

i install the driver then it works but 1 hour later it stops working.

i uninstall driver install again again again.

i run as adminstrator but still same

it is NOT WORKING !

when i was running keyboard driver i get always "Please plug-in Gaming Device to start the AP configuration!" message.

 

i install http://ttesports.com/Keyboard/23/MEKA_Gunit/productPage.htm?a=a&g=ftr#.VlJk-3bhDIVfw uptate.
but firmare update stop working and it says ;"open usb driver failed please reboot"

 

 

then i thing my pc crushed.

but my samsung laptop pc also same.

 

i cant work meka g unit keyboard please help me !!!!

 

my operation system is win7 ultimate editon

Try to install the software (MEKA G UNIT - SOFTWARE V1.2 (WIN8))

 

After the installation, unplug the USB, restart your computer and plug in again.

i also try mac version win 8 version cannot install toooo

 

when i plug in keyboard my pc sound go over.

for ex : wmm play song then plug in meka g unit sound go away

 

i cant understand i totally shocked

i found a sentences in foreing forum ;
Dear Sir:

Good day
1.This device doesn’t need any driver system , you just plug in with computer you normally can use it
2.MEKA currently can’t be bused under the Window 8 ‘s system , please make sure of it
3. please try to update your motherboard ‘s USB driver
