TT X1 RGB app. Can't init when Win 11 starts

I have a problem. I set up my TT X1 RGB to all the lighting i want trough TT App, but it looses the config when the app is not runing. 

So, i said: "i will put the app when Win 11 starts". The thing is that the app never loads. I have tried all sturtup methods and making the app with "administratives rights". No luck.

So, how can i do to have a permament config in my TT X1 RGB?
