Tower 500 iracing build

Hi all, new here and had a few questions/ looking for recommendations for a build. To start off this will be my first build so I’m not quite sure on what components to use so looking for recommendations. 
 

I’m looking to build this primarily for iracing and work stuff (making electrical diagrams). I’ve decided that I really like the tower 500 case and want to use that. I also want to use a radiator cooling setup for the processor and the illuminated cords also. I’m mainly looking for recommendations on what components to install inside to meet the requirements of iracing and not go too overkill on the setup. Any advices would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
