TT RGB Plus 2.1.2 still has high CPU usage

When I have it launch automatically with Windows the usage is ~30%.  Once I restart TT RGB Plus it drops to ~1% and stays there.  So I have to manually restart it once Windows boots to get the usage down.  Anyone else having this problem?
