RGB Neptune PLEASE help ne to reset on the fly macros!!!

Hi comunity, Like a year ago I posted this same problem, no answers yet- Not even from oficial support.
Accidentally recorded a macro into the number  SEVEN from the keyboard itself. Not from the software, so my number seven, and dash is "broken" becouse there is no indication on the manual on how to reset "on the fly" macro crecordings. I have googled my a# off for months and nothing... TT support seems to ignore my emails.
If anyone knows how to factory reset the keyboard please shed some light here! thanks a lot!!! 😃
