Swafan EX12 - Fans not spinning/detected

I have 3 swafan ex12 installed and the controller "works". well atleast the RGB part.
Things light up and i can change/controll the RGB but the vital part, the fans.. doesnt spin or is detected.
I followed the guide and installed the software.

Should i return them?
