Thermaltake View 71 TG RGB Case did not come with necessary components.

Hi all - 

I am new here, I would have posted this in the customer service section but that option was not available for some reason. I need some help... and I'm not sure how to effectively contact thermaltake. I recently purchased a Thermaltake view 71 TG RGB case that was supposed to come with components (motherboard screws, fan controller, etc.). Upon assembling the mother board and it's components into the case, I realized that the components needed for my case fans were missing. I would believe this to be the controller that is supposed to come with the case. The case fans have 5 pin female connections where as my motherboard (Gigabyte Z790 UD AC LGA 1700 intel Z790 ATX) only supports connections to 4 pins. Is that normal to recieve a product from this company without the necessary components to complete a PC build? This is my first build and this has left a pretty bad taste in my mouth.... not sure if I am missing something here. How should I go about getting the parts that I needed with the case that I ordered? Any help would be appreciated on this as this is fairly disappointing.
