Thermaltake v71 preinstalled case fans (installation confusion)

Hi everyone.  I'm so confused.  I have a Thermaltake v71 and don't see the cables to connect the two front and top fans?!  I did connect the rear case fan to cha_fan1 (is that right) ... is the cable to the front two and top fans tucked away somewhere?  If so, how do you connect them?  The manual is far too vague.  I can't find info on Google about this.  Please help. Thanks
