How to get the software to adjust the backlight to work? It installs, turns off the backlight, and when you try to boot it immediately crashes. I installed the latest version of TT ITAKE 64bit v1.3.2 from 2023.10.13, the version of TT ITAKE 32bit v1.5.9 from 2022.12.16 crashes and behaves the same way. If you disconnect the devices, the program starts but when you connect the mat and holder it immediately crashes. Windows 10 version. On gigabyte aorus z590 motherboards, removing RGB FUSION 2.0 also does not affect the operation of the software. What is and what is not. I tried to run it on clean Windows, the result was the same.
