This is my my Info log for the Thermaltake software, The lcd is not being detected and if it does itll be for like 30 seconds and then just disappear off the software. Its totally random when it shows up also, also checked my device manager and nothing out of the ordinary (was getting error of faulty connector for a minute but never got it again) Ive tried troubleshooting for a day or two and cant think of anything else. Ordered a new MB USB header to micro usb so im hoping thats the problem, Ill keep everyone updated on that end but if im missing something or have something messed up please let me know, thank you

Just tried two new cables and still no luck! Thermaltake really taking the L rn. Ima give it a day or two hoping something changes for some reason (highly doubt it 😕) and if not im just going to return it and never look back on thermaltake. Cooler does amazing at keeping my 5800x3d cool but im not gonna spend 50-70 extra dollars for an LCD that doesnt even work, ROFL. Again, sad to have to return it because its a good looking aio and does a good job cooling wise.
