Please help! I got Thermaltake level 20 gaming mouse. I launched tt itake, the firmware started, but stopped at 0%, and not responding. Nothing happened for 10 minutes. I turned off my computer, then turned again, but mouse is not working now. What can I do? How to reset firmware issue?

Unplug and replug the mouse, restart TT iTake software, check for updates, perform a firmware reset if needed.
