exxxydawg
Hello! So recenlty I got a 7900xt pulse gpu and a toughpower gf3 1000w psu for my pc. Gpu needs 2x8pin connectors, I connected it from psu via 1 pcie 8pin to 2x6+2 (they're daisy chained, right?). My question: is it okay to power gpu like that or I MUST connect it using 2 different 8pin cables from psu and leave each unsued 2+6 connector hanging? Also, how much power can ONE 8pin to 2x 6+2pins transfer to gpu? I read that one can only transfer 150w, but each of them have 2 6+2 connectors, so one 8pin from psu transfers 300, each connector gets 150w right?
