good morning, I purchased TH360 V2 Ultra ARGB Sync All-In-One Liquid Cooler - Snow Edition for an all white built, I connected everything, but when I connect the pump with the supplied USB cable to any USB 2.0 windows 11 it gives me error, the display turns on but is not recognized, I tried to change USB ports and USB cable but Windows does not recognize the product.
What can I do?
