Recent issue with Poseidon Z keyboard

Hi.

At the beginning of november i bought a Poseidon Z RGB Brown Switch mechanical keyboard.

Ive been loving it until i noticed a issue that has happened in the last few days.

I can no long get a capital m by pushing the shift key. To get a capital m i have to use caps lock. 

I tried reinstalling the drivers. I tested all other keys at they all work, it is with both shift keys. 

Otherwise its a good keyboard.

I am in Australia.

Any ideas?
