Poseidon Z RBG with blue switch Isnt being detected/ Not working

Today, I bought a Brand new Poseidon Z RBG with blue switch, I connected it to my computer and it was working fine, So I downloaded the software required, this is were the problems started. After opening the desktop icon It told me I had an older version of the firmware Version (22) and that it required an update to version 36, so i updated it, as soon as it finished it closed and my keyboard went dark and stoped working. I re-opened the desktop icon and same message came up but this time It said my version was 0 and it required an update so i updated it but it didn't work the same message came up, so i tried once more, but with no luck so i thought maybe if i restarted my computer, Now the computer cant even detect the keyboard and isn't being detected on my other computers either. How do i fix this?

Did you try to plug into another USB port of your computer? Try to uninstall the USB from Device Manager and try again.
