Is the TT DPS G mobile app still working?

Hello,

I have a Toughpower iRGB Plus 1200 wats Power supply. Everything worked well on installation, including the PC version of the TT DPS G of the app. The app send the diagnostics to the dps.thermaltake.com just fine, the PSU is recognized there, everything well.

I also installed the Android mobile app version on my phone and at the beginning it worked fine. After a while I noticed that my PSU appeared as OFFLINE in the mobile app. Every time I refresh the Data Analysis screen or the Voltage screen, the app shows me the message "Unable to connect to the server, ERROR CODE =-1".

 

Please help!
