HELP! Thermaltake Riing Plus 12 fan spinning but no led lights.

So I just recently purchased the Thermaltake Riing Plus 12 RGB fan 5 pack and I noticed there is no light right of the bat when I turned on my pc. The fan blades are spinning but there are no lights at all. My motherboard is the ASUS Rog Strix B450-F Gaming. I believe I followed the instruction manual correctly. I also tried plugging it to the next USB 2 connector on the motherboard and it still not working.  all the connectors/headers are connected properly including the molex header, all the connections are solid and not lose. I also tried installing 2 different versions of the software (not the same time) and it still doesnt work, it always says that the controller is not detected. I also tried plugging the micro USB to an actual USB port and it still doesnt work. I also tried doing all the DIP switch "patterns" hoping it would turn the led on but it still doesnt work. BIOS is also up to date but still no luck. I dont know what to do anymore. I'm almost giving up to the point where I just wanna take it off and return it. Hopefully someone can help me fix my problem
