Poseiden Z blue switch Illuminated - issues

So I have had this keyboard for about 6 months and it just recently started not recognizing certain keys. Other keys it is entering twice or more off of one key press. Other keys may be delayed in being registered. Anyone else experienced this? It seem like this started a few weeks after installing Windows 10 but my specific keyboard doesn't have any drivers associated with it. Do I need to update some software or what?

 

Seriously, this is the first time I ever sprung for a nicer keyboard and now it is sitting in its box while I use a spare I had to buy from Wal-Mart for $12. It is working fine by the way. Would love to hear there is a simple solution to this so I can get back to Fallout with my, supposedly, nice mechanical keyboard.

Same issue! I bought this keyboard in 2014 and had it replaced once already in 2015, now I'm facing the same problem! It's a great  keyboardd until it staarts getting faulty, which happens aaabout a year or so. I bought it from the USA bt I'm now in Indonesia. Any tips? I've emaailed TT and messaged them on fb, no response :( SEND HELP
