Poseidon Z Illuminated issue

Hello, I have a problem with the keyboard Poseidon Z Illuminated. When I press any key(Space,ctrl,alt lagging to),  it can: 1) print a few simbols 2-4, sometimes more. 2)just don't printed. 3) Sometimes  prints with a delay of approximately 1-2 seconds.Keyboard was buy 19.09.2014. Issue start about 9 month ago.

I am Russia resident if   it required.

For example:"Tt Esport by Thermaltake"

On keyboard:"TTt Esproby Therrrmalake"

Hi please send your email to them again and allow 7-14 business days for them to reply as Russian team is currently busy.

I wrote on erma@thermaltakerussia.ru April 21, there is no answer. I think there is nobody there.

I wrote the same copy on cs3@thermaltake.com.tw, refined the situation, and after my letter of April 27 is not the answer.

What do I do next and who can help me?

i ve the same issues like people before.

my keyboard is always double or tripple clicking a key.

 

i bought it 2 years ago in germany. 

would should i do next?
