Suppressor F31: how to secure drive trays solidly to bottom of case?

While the drive trays for the Power Supply cover mount solidly to the case, that's not the case for the plastic trays on the underside of the case. They appear to mount by sliding the tray handle over a raised piece on one end and sliding hooked pieces on the bottom of the tray under cutouts on the chasis. The problems are 1) those cutouts (or the sliding pieces) are not placed properly, so the tray can't slide all the way into them to fit snugly; and 2) there's no way to screw the tray to the case, as there is with the PS cover trarys. I tried with three trays in the three locations available, but the result is side to side movement of the trays and the possibility of the tray coming loose and swingin gfreely on one side when the case is moved. In the process of building and experimenting, those trays came free twice here.

Since receiving the spare cage/trays 11 days ago, I've  written the U.S. branch about this twice, but have yet to receive a reply.
