I have contacted Thermaltake Distributors in Viet Nam, http://starfish.com.vn/intro.html, for warranty. The keyboard duplicated on "X", "C", "V" key .First time, They said that the problem was caused by customer, they saw water streaks on the keyboard. I didn't know if they right or not, but I can assure with you that I don't pour water on my keyboard accidentally or deliberately on my memory. So, they didn't send me a new keyboard, and they supported to fix the problem. After 2 weeks fixing the keyboard, they sent me back the keyboard and everything is fine until 2 weeks later. The keyboard duplicated on "A", "C", "B", "M" key. I sent the keyboard to them for the second warranty. They took me 2 weeks to fix the problem again. Everything seem to be fine after fixing. But again, after 2-3 weeks using the keyboard, the problem came back. This time, the duplication happened with "A", "C", "G", "Window" key. On August 19th, I have send them back for the third warranty. the new things is they asked me to replace new switch which will be cost 0.68$/ switch. I'm really upset about their offer, but I cannot use the keyboard with this duplication. And if I accept to replace the switch, do you assure that the problem will be resolved forever ? So now, I'm writing you this message to ask for a help. I feel like I'm losing my money, really frustrated. Please prove me that I had poured the water on keyboard, don't just blame your customer and brushed away the responsibility. Also, I have found many bad review about this keyboard on amazon.com. Star Fish say that they still can fix the keyboard without replacing the switch. So there is no charge for this warranty time. I'm worry that the keyboard will have problem again within 2-3 weeks. animax1991 Posted October 29, 2016 Author Report Share Posted October 29, 2016 Hi! I'm here to report my situation. I have no longer used my Poiseido keyboard. Currently, I'm using my old membrain keyboard. After about 4 weeks, problems come. The duplication happened with "I" "V" "6" "6 ( Numpad)" "0 (Numpad)" . I have endured these keys for 1 month ... 2 days ago, The major missing key press happened with "Space". You have to press a lots to active this key. I continued to endure 2 more days. And now, I have to stop using the Poiseido keyboard. As you can see, the keyboard have problem in different area over the time. So, It cannot be watered as your Distributor mention. The problem maybe come from Kailth Switch. I think the keyboard cannot fixed anymore. The solution is to replace the key. I'm going to send the keyboard to shop for warranty. This will be the forth times of warranty. I feel not satisfied, and I would like to let you know. Your Distributor said that was caused by customer, they saw water streaks on the keyboard, they deny to give me a new one, they only support to fix it. But when I bring my case here, in this forum, the supporter said they will send me a new replacement? I don't want to use my old Poiseido Keyboard, it's like trash now. I don't think replace every single key can resolve my problem forever, because it's going to happen with random key.
