ksantillan Posted November 27, 2016 Report Posted November 27, 2016 TT Team and Members, I just bought my Poseidon Z RGB today and tried to update the firmware. The software prompted that I was running version 30 and asked if I wanted to update to firmware 48, so I did. After updating, my keyboard isn't functioning anymore even after multiple reboots and plug in and outs of different USB ports. Tried to update the software and it says I'm running Version 0 as seen in the attached snip. I've tried to update multiple times but to no avail. Please advise. Thanks, Kev Quote
ksantillan Posted November 27, 2016 Author Report Posted November 27, 2016 I've managed to update the software after more than 10 tries and I got my keyboard working again. For those who are experiencing the same issue, just update the firmware repeatedly until it's successful. Quote
Tt David Posted November 28, 2016 Report Posted November 28, 2016 Hi there, If you have the same issue again, please reinstall the software again as following steps: Reinstall step 1. plug out your keyboard 2. remove AP 3. go to C:\Program Files (x86)\TteSPORTS and clean all files 4. restart your computer 5. plug in the Keyboard 6. install AP ksantillan 1 Quote
