Tt David Posted December 28, 2016 Report Posted December 28, 2016 Reinstall step 1. plug out your mouse 2. remove software 3. go to C:\Program Files (x86)\TteSPORTS and clean all files 4. restart your computer 5. plug in the mouse 6. install software Quote
DStealth Posted December 28, 2016 Author Report Posted December 28, 2016 okay i have tried that and still nothing. I do not believe it's a problem with the software, I believe it's a problem with the firmware. Quote
Tt David Posted December 31, 2016 Report Posted December 31, 2016 Could you try it on the other computer and see if it happens again? Quote

DStealth Posted January 19, 2017 Author Report Posted January 19, 2017 I sent them a request on Jan. 9, it has been over a week and I still have not heard from them Quote
DStealth Posted January 22, 2017 Author Report Posted January 22, 2017 I tried reinstalling your firmware v1.1 (b51d5) and then restarted my computer and reinstalled firmware 1.3 (b5635) and now my profiles work BUT now when I move the mouse vertically on the mouse pad it moves side to side on the screen, and when moves horizontally on the mousepad it moves up and down on the screen. This is clearly a problem with your firmware since it is generating different resuts from the same install. Please fix! Quote
Tt David Posted January 26, 2017 Report Posted January 26, 2017 could you please close the function "Enable X-Y Axis" in DPI setting? Quote
