Hello for more than half a year i'm trying to receive some spare keys for my keybord from german support. they totaly flush me off and don't even answer to my mails.

to be precise i was trying to receive "." key

yesterday another key has broken - left arrow

due to that where can i BUY new keys for my keyboard? i don't want to write once again to german support because they realy sucks.
