Hi! It sounds like you're having trouble syncing your Level 10M mouse with the software, even after updating to version 1.3. A few things you can try include plugging the mouse into a different USB port, reinstalling the software completely, and running it as an administrator. Also, make sure the software version is fully compatible with your operating system. If possible, test the mouse on another computer to rule out hardware issues.

If none of this works, it might be best to contact the manufacturer's support team. In the meantime, if you're looking for a fun distraction, you can enjoy a light and sneaky mobile game like Robbery Bob Download, which is great for passing time while taking a break.

Hey, I’ve had a similar issue with my Level 10M mouse before. Sometimes even after updating, the software doesn’t recognize it properly. Try uninstalling the software completely, restarting your PC, and then reinstalling it. Also, make sure you're running the software as administrator. If that doesn't work, test the mouse on another computer just to rule out a hardware issue. Hope you get it sorted soon — Check this site I know how frustrating this can be!

Hi, Not sure if you’ve already tried this, but sometimes the Level 10M software conflicts with older driver leftovers. I’d suggest removing the device completely from Device Manager (including deleting the driver files if prompted), then unplug the mouse and reboot the system before installing the software again.

Also make sure Windows isn’t automatically installing a generic HID driver first — that can sometimes mess with the Thermaltake software detection.

I’ve run into similar driver detection issues with gaming peripherals before and shared some troubleshooting steps on my site as well. Some of those methods might be useful in cases like this too.
