johnllaark Posted April 30 Report Posted April 30 Hi! It sounds like you're having trouble syncing your Level 10M mouse with the software, even after updating to version 1.3. A few things you can try include plugging the mouse into a different USB port, reinstalling the software completely, and running it as an administrator. Also, make sure the software version is fully compatible with your operating system. If possible, test the mouse on another computer to rule out hardware issues. If none of this works, it might be best to contact the manufacturer's support team. In the meantime, if you're looking for a fun distraction, you can enjoy a light and sneaky mobile game like Robbery Bob Download, which is great for passing time while taking a break. Quote
ahmed99 Posted April 30 Report Posted April 30 Hey, I’ve had a similar issue with my Level 10M mouse before. Sometimes even after updating, the software doesn’t recognize it properly. Try uninstalling the software completely, restarting your PC, and then reinstalling it. Also, make sure you're running the software as administrator. If that doesn't work, test the mouse on another computer just to rule out a hardware issue. Hope you get it sorted soon — Check this site I know how frustrating this can be! Quote
