alan092177 Posted August 21, 2017 Report Share Posted August 21, 2017 one of the USB 3.0 slot on the I/O panel in my Core V21 is not functioning. i've already talked to the local official distributor and said he can replace it. but the problem is, he wants to replace the whole case. while the distributor said he can replace the I/O panel itself, it's been several months since i last heard from the guy. it's a bit of a hassle on my part because it means I'll have to disassemble my rig again. just wondering if i can just remove the I/O panel and send it directly to Thermaltake for replacement. thanks!
