Before purchase question: Can the Core G21 TG fit a CM Hyper 212 Evo?

Hi,

I want to buy a Core G21 TG but i'm not sure it can fit my cooler, which is a Cooler Master Hyper 212X. On the TT site it says it can fit a cooler up to 160mm, the Hyper is 158mm, so it is really close. I'm afraid the measurement aren't that accure... Has anyone a concrete example maybe? It would be really appreciated

Hi,

Best I can say is when we enter the info, we try to give a little buffer and we always account for stand off and motherboard placement in the measurement.

What is the exact height of the cooler from cold plate to the top? Will see if we can mock a case and take a look.

Hi, should i take out the cooler and measure it or is the size from the CM site enough? On the site it says it is 158mm.

An Asrock X370 Killer

and I want to buy the ThermalTake Core G21.
Will my cooler fit???

 

the CM Hyper 212 is 163mm tall.
