Navy_Dad Posted August 7, 2018 Report Share Posted August 7, 2018 I purchased the Tt Riing Plus 5 pk but only installed 4 of the fans on my Core P5 case. Installed the software and only 3 of the 4 fans show up and are configurable??? I checked the hun and 1-4 fan controls are set to on. Anyone else have this issue? also getting a Warning controller 16 error. As well my toughpower rgb powersupply shows in the DPS software that it is not connected to the motherboard??? ThermalMike Posted August 9, 2018 Report Share Posted August 9, 2018 Hi, Hmm, not sure on that, you might want to check your connections first. PSU is separate connection, not the same as the fans. Both would be required to be connected. Are you using a hub or splitter? that could be why as a guess. AS for the fans and the #4 not showing up, check each fan to make sure it works by swapping ports. See if any other fan works in that #4, it could be a dead port.
