Riing Plus RGB Applications are not working!

Hi guys, I just bought Thermaltake Riing Plus 3x120mm RGB Fans with controller.  I just connected 2 fans to my radiator, then I made molex connector also I connect needed things to my usb 2.0 port on my onboard. Here my problem:

 

Fans are working, rgb are working but the application is not working. It is not starting. I tried everything. Also I tried other thermaltake applications, they are not working too. (Applications are not starting)

 

So, I tried:

*TT RGB Plus

*x1 RGB

*Riing Plus RGB Tt Premium Edition

Never Worked...

 

My System:

*Ryzen 2700x 4.2 Ghz Processor

*Msi Gtx 1080-ti Gaming x Trio Graphic Card

*Msi Gaming x470 M7 AC MainBoard

*Razer Mamba Tournament Edition 

*Razer Kraken Chroma v7.1  v2

*Razer Chroma v2 Keyboard

 

etc.etc.

 

Please help me about it.. I did research, every ryzen users get problems. I think TT need to change their developers..

 

Edit: I saw a video about this problem in youtube. The person who fixed that problem: He said he used external 3.0-3.1 port for solve this problem. I tried same things too. If I do not connect usb 2.0 port on my mainboard, program is opening and give error. If I connect usb 2.0 port, program is not opening. If I use external port for connect controller, Ive tried all my 3.1-3.0-2.0 ports but always program is running but this time it says can not detect controller. So is there a any solution for this or Ill kill myself.
